I’m so happy you’re here!
I’m a Mackay based natural light photographer chasing the beauty of life in all its forms. An old soul and deep thinker, I understand that just as a photograph needs equal proportions of light and shadow to be beautiful, so it is with the stories of our lives. I’ve had the privilege to photograph so many beautiful and joyful scenes, and also consider it a gift that I am often asked to capture birth, death, loss, pain and sorrow. I am in awe of the ability a photograph has to transport us back in time, capturing not only the image but also all the feelings of that moment.
Along with photography, I love cinema, art, poetry, fashion, gardening and old buildings. I am a space of no judgement, just here to tell your story and coax out the natural beauty I see in every person I encounter.

Whether it’s your wedding day or annual family photos, I do not take lightly the investment of both time and money you are making when you step in front of my lens. I view every session as an opportunity to create beautiful memories you would be proud to hang in your home.
Being in front of the camera can be daunting and it is my goal to make the experience as relaxed, fun and enjoyable as it can be. Proper planning and execution of your session is an important part of the process and I am here to guide you every step of the way. I offer styling and planning advice to ensure your images have that ‘wow’ factor and then on the day of your shoot, I will gently pose and prompt you to get the best angles and capture authentic, natural reactions.
My entire portfolio is of real sessions with every day people, many of whom have had little or no experience in front of the camera. I pride myself in my ability to make people feel at ease so that together we can create beautiful images for you to cherish.
